Account Manager

CIA-Leavitt is one of the top independent insurance agencies in Colorado and is actively looking for an insurance professional to fill our Account Management Position in Colorado Springs. We our looking for an individual that has an understanding of the current insurance market, knowledge of insurance products, ability to effectively communicate with clients, detailed orientated, and strong ability to identify cross selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

Input applications into Agency Management System
• Policy coverage review
• Market accounts to carriers
• Document correspondence with carriers and clients
• Assist producers with proposals, presentations, and marketing pieces.
• Develop and maintain relationship with clients to ensure that all service needs are met
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to transition in an ever changing business environment

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Commercial Property and Casualty
• Experience with Agency Management System
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience on Agency
• Salary negotiable depending on experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
• CISR or CIC Designation a plus
